Hey folks! Check out what I've been up to lately...  

"Raindrops keep falling on my head.." Minnesota We had a great weekend in Minnesota! It was full of familiar faces (Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Anne and Uncle Eric, Jim, Larry, Beth, Cousins Lauren and David and Winnie and Louie, too), and lots of new faces. On Friday we had the Rocheford family over and then Mommy went out with her friends in Uptown. Saturday, we went out to brunch with Mommy's friends and then drove to Minnetrista to Gale Woods Farm for Lizz and David's wedding. I had to dress up too but thankfully the shirt wouldn't button all the way up so I didn't have to wear the clip on tie. On Sunday, we went to a graduation party for Alec Tolson (Mommy used to nanny for him when he was my age) and then left for the airport. It was late and I had a hard time falling asleep on the plane and cried on and off for at least 30 minutes (sorry Mommy). We're moving!! We are buying a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house in Green Lake (a great family friendly neighborhood in Seattle) with an amazing sun room and porch off the master bedroom (740 N 72nd St Seattle, WA 98103). As long as the inspection goes well on Monday, we'll be moving in next month! It will be an adventure with our mobile almost-one-year-old-who-looks-like-he's-two. He isn't so light, nor small, nor quiet, nor sleepy, nor breastfeeding, nor anything that I can think of that will make this flight peaceful except that thank goodness it's only 3.5 hours and not 14 to Peru! We are excited to see all our friends and family in MN and get Theo dressed up and have him wear his little...

Our little man is 10 months old now and he's mobile! I can't believe he only started crawling a few short weeks ago as he is now cruising around the apartment and pulling himself up on everything he can reach. He loves following his Daddy around the apartment and he's also started using his baby walker and is getting quite good. He loves to pull himself up on the baby gate and watch his Daddy cooking in the kitchen. He's eating anything he can get his hands on and he knows how to shovel it in. He has been having a hard time falling asleep because he loves playing with us after work but he sleeps 12 hours every night so we can't complain. Here are some clips from the past month. Enjoy!

Theo showing off his two bottom teeth! Vancouver Grandma and Grandpa Benziger were in town last week and we had a great time! First we went to the Chihuly Garden and Museum by the Seattle Space Needle where we saw some very colorful works by the famous glass blower, Dale Chihuly. We also visited the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation visitor center. Over the weekend we headed up to Vancouver. On the way we stopped by the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley. The tulips were in full bloom and just as beautiful as before. We made it across the border pretty quick (turns out it's a lot easier to leave the US than to enter it) and got settled in our condo rental on the 33rd floor of the Pinnacle building downtown. We had great views of the mountains from our bedroom and the river and downtown from the living room.
